Position : Call-Center Representative (Outbound Dialer)

Location : Gilbert, AZ

Schedule : Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:30pm

Pay : $15/hourly

Job Description :

• Make outgoing calls to potential customers to obtain high quality leads for sales

• Transferring warm leads to insurance sales agents

• Provides exceptional customer service and phone etiquette

• Manages portfolio of leads

Ideal Candidate :

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• Excellent phone etiquette

• Ability to place a high volume of calls per day

• Previous outbound dialing experience (Preferred, not required)

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Credit Check

• 2 Verifiable employment references
