Seeking Collections Agents to manage delinquent accounts professionally and efficiently, following established procedures. Report problematic accounts that may lead to repossession, foreclosure, or charge-off.

Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Winterville, NC
Pay: $15/hourly

Key Duties:

• Collect delinquent accounts promptly and professionally

• Meet performance goals (call quotas, contact percentage, etc.)

• Negotiate payment arrangements with clients

• Document all collection efforts accurately

• Communicate regularly with supervisors

Ideal Candidate:

• Job stability demonstrated on resume

• 3+ years of customer service experience ( required )

• Call center experience ( preferred )

• Bilingual ( preferred )

• Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
