Calling all Louisville, KY Residents!
CornerStone Staffing is hiring for one the largest specialty pharmacies in the US!! We are currently seeking Call Center / Customer service candidates to start ASAP!

Location: Louisville, KY (40219)
Pay: $17.00
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 11:00am - 7:30pm
Training On-site: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm **Training is on site / No time frame. Once training is completed then it will be fully remote**
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
Provide accurate information to the caller.
Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers
Resolve the callers needs.
Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
Follow policies and procedures.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
Job Requirements/Previous Experience:
Previous call center experience preferred.
Previous healthcare experience desired
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
