CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a Conservative and Faith-based cellular service company in need of candidates with customer service experience.

Job Title: Member Services - Customer Service

Location: Tyler, Texas (76021)

Pay: $20/hr BOE

Schedule:

• Monday thru Friday 8am-8pm flexibility (8hour shift)

• Must be available for some Saturdays

Job Description:

• Candidates will handle inbound/outbound calls, conduct activations, troubleshooting device and/or network issues, and answer account and billing related questions.

Requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent required

• Previous customer service/tech support preferred

• Call center experience highly preferred
