CornerStone is currently staffing for a Production Support Representative who will work in a call center environment supporting client's technical needs
Job Title: Technical Support Call Center Representative
Location: Irving ,Texas - Onsite
Pay: $20 to $23 /hr. pay rate
Schedule: The schedule availability is 8am-6:30pm Monday through Friday
Temp to possible conversion to FTE after 90 days.
Duties
Fields support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software
programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns.
Interfaces with customers to re.solve 1st and 2nd tier/escalated customer service issues
Investigate, analyze, coordinate and track moderate to complex customer issues
Conducts research as needed
Escalates issues as appropriate to more senior or specialized staff for immediate action
Makes proactive calls to determine issues requiring close attention, identifies problems and works through to
resolution
May interface with offshore call center to answer questions on process or specialized situations
May perform order fulfillment/data entry. Receives orders, reconciles information, tracks on spreadsheets, and
follows up with customers. May prepare customer billings, answer questions about billing, and coordinate
resolution of billing issues with collections and/or other departments
Job Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Professional and pleasant telephone manner
Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees and clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficient with or the ability to learn an array of computer hardware and software
Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to changing schedules and work demands
2+ years related experience required (college education may count for related experience)
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor s degree preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
