Pay: $17.82/hour
Monday Thursday: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM; One Saturday/month: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
W2, full-time
30-minute lunch break

ROLE IMPACT
This role is essential to ensuring smooth client service and operations within the WIC program. As a front-line representative, the CSR supports eligible women, infants, and children by facilitating program access, maintaining accurate records, and providing courteous, informed assistance across a wide range of WIC services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Interview applicants to assess eligibility based on income and residency; verify identification and immunization records
Issue EBT food benefits, enter data into Texas WIN, track inventory, and generate reports
Record and input participant health data (e.g., heights, weights, blood samples) using XP software
Welcome and check in clients, schedule appointments, and provide accurate program information
Manage phones and clerical duties including filing, documentation, and file maintenance
Refer participants to appropriate health and social services as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in healthcare, education, community, or social services
State of Texas Driver s License

XP data entry software
Microsoft Office Suite
WIC EBT platform
Immunization screening tools
Multi-line phone systems

PREFERRED SKILLS
Familiarity with WIC services and community care standards
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to complete WIC nutrition modules during probation
