CornerStone Staffing is partnering with a leading pharmacy operation in Louisville, KY to find a Certified Pharmacy Technician who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about providing excellent support to patients and healthcare professionals. Location: Louisville, KY 40219

Pay: $19/hour

Schedule: Monday Friday | 11:30 AM 8:00 PM EST

Training: Onsite for 1 2 weeks, then hybrid. (Performance-based return to onsite if needed)

Position Overview:

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting patients, physicians, and internal teams by:

• Accurately entering prescription information into the pharmacy dispensing system.

• Clarifying physician orders and ensuring proper documentation for prescriptions.

• Assisting with incoming phone calls from patients and providers, and routing as needed.

• Working with pharmacy staff to ensure timely shipment of medications.

• Supporting quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.

• Calculating doses based on prescriptions and clinical guidelines.

• Understanding and following specific program guidelines.

Qu alifications:

• Active Kentucky Board of Pharmacy registration

• State certification as a Pharmacy Technician

• PTCB Certification

• Pharmacy data entry experience

• Ability to work in a team-focused, fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills written and verbal

• Comfortable with phone-based client support

• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• Ability to apply basic algebraic concepts

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or phone support role
