Job Responsibilities:

• As a Claims Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for managing and ensuring the accuracy of claims files. Your primary duties include:

• Customer Engagement : Answer and respond to inquiries from clients and borrowers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Vendor Communication : Request status updates from vendors, including appraisers and skip-tracers, to ensure timely processing.
• File Management : Research, compile, and obtain missing information on claims files via phone, fax, or email.
• Documentation Accuracy : Verify that all required information and documentation are included before submitting files to the claims adjuster.
• Problem Resolution : Assist borrowers, providers, and clients with questions or issues related to claims or policies, ensuring swift and efficient solutions.
• Recordkeeping : Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for all claims-related interactions.

Requirements:

• Insurance Experience : Prior experience in the insurance industry is required.
• Customer Service Expertise : Strong communication and organizational skills to provide an excellent customer experience.
