Job Title: Client Account Services Representative

Location: Coppell, Texas

Pay: $20.00 - 22.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm)

Description:

Growing and strengthening client relationships:

  • Owns the relationship acting as client advisor for ADE products and services in the general management of the account.

  • Works with internal and external stakeholders in product management, implementation, service, legal team to create a proactive approach to supporting the account

  • Understanding each client s organization structure and business processes, while providing the best on-going support, and utilization of additional Company products and services

  • Develops and maintains key relationships with client management teams, to include daily communications, facilitating quarterly business reviews, and delivering formal client presentations

  • Conducts recurring status meetings to solicit voice of client feedback regarding performance, new product requirements, and/or strategic projects; formulates business plans to facilitate higher performance and product optimization

Project change management:

  • Manage complex/technical client specific projects to ensure successful and timely completion according to client expectations.

  • Gathers client requirements, defines business and functional requirements, assesses requirements against technical aspects of system, and submits all technical and operational project change requests necessary to support client initiatives

  • Coordinates activities necessary to resolve significant client issues

  • Manages and drives change control activities including documenting all changes made to a client s system, ensuring that up-time is not negatively impacted and that testing and quality assurance steps are taken before delivery to the client

  • Manages communications between the client and Company related to new product deployment and upgrade initiatives, including translating client questions to Company technical and delivery resources, and vice versa

General and technical support:

  • Acts as escalation resource to assigned clients and client services team; triages issues and resolves where possible or engages appropriate support within resources to resolve them.

  • Training - Train customers on AuthoCenter and other platforms and any updates as required.

  • Works with clients to resolve technical issues. Analyzes systems, troubleshoots technical problems, recommends solutions, and coordinates fixes.

  • Maintains advanced industry knowledge and technical expertise regarding Compnay products and services.

Department/subject expert and lead duties:

  • Assumes role as primary contact for key clients

  • Advises team members and provides direction with escalated issues.

  • Collaborates with manager to define objectives and leads change in innovation to improve client satisfaction and facilitate efficiencies.

  • Works to influence parties within and outside of the functional unit regarding best business practices, policies, and systems.

Job Requirements :

  • College degree or 5 years related industry experience.

  • Organized

  • Ability to multitask

  • Positive attitude

  • Works well under pressure

  • Works well independently or with the team

  • Works autonomously with limited direction to successfully build and maintain relationships to Management and Company expectations.

  • Customer focused-willing to take the extra step needed to satisfy the customer

  • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email etc.)- maintain professional attitude

  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
