Job Title: Mortgage Call Center Representative (Hybrid)

Pay: $18.50/hr.

Location: Irving, TX

Must be available to work any shift within the times listed below:

• Monday Friday (7AM CST 8PM CST)

• Work from home 4 days / week. Go into the office 1 day

Responsibilities:

• Interface with customers to resolve 1^st and 2^nd tier/escalated customer service issues

• Investigate, analyze, coordinate and track moderately complex customer issues

• Create and maintain logs, reports, records and files

• Make proactive calls to determine issues requiring close attention, identify problems and work through to resolution

• Assist with order fulfillment

• Receive orders, reconcile information, track on spreadsheets, and follow up with customers

• Assist with customer billings, answer questions about billing, and coordinate resolution of billing issues with collections and/or other departments

Job Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required

• Strong MS Office skills: Creating spreadsheets and presentations

• 2+ years of Banking/Lending Customer Service experience preferred

• 2+ years of Call Center experience REQUIRED
