Fort Worth, TX


Pay:

$19 - $21 BOE


Schedule:

Monday - Friday - 8am to 5pm


Job Description:

This role is responsible for efficiently processing various work items received through system cases, emails, or paper mail. The position requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and effective communication with peers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Work volume varies per team, ranging from 5,000 to 25,000 tasks per month. The role may involve extensive research and outbound calls to various parties as needed.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Account Reconciliation: Process payment allocations, refunds, and account terminations while ensuring accuracy in subsequent corrections, refunds, and title releases.
  • Accounts Payable / Citations: Handle vendor invoice and lease citation payments, conduct research to cross-charge payments to customer accounts, and review exception invoices for accuracy using optical character recognition tools.
  • Terminations: Manage repossessions, charge-offs, and other account terminations, ensuring timely processing and compliance with legal guidelines for consumer and commercial accounts.
  • Account Modifications: Prepare and process documentation for Autopay enrollments, due date changes, extensions, deferrals, restructures, and other account modifications while adhering to compliance guidelines.
  • Customer Relations: Review and process incoming customer correspondence, create and assign department cases, and prepare outgoing response letters for mailing.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Banking
  • Experience or education in Accounting-related fields is a plus
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical skills
