Job Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Whiteville, NC

Pay: $15.00/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking individuals to manage and collect delinquent accounts efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with standardized collection processes. You will notify supervisors of any accounts requiring repossession, foreclosure, or charge-off.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promptly and professionally collect on delinquent accounts using established procedures

• Meet performance goals, including call volume, client contact rates, and payment commitments achieved

• Negotiate and arrange payment plans based on clients' financial situations

• Accurately document all collection activities in the system

• Maintain open communication with the collections supervisor and ensure timely follow-up on accounts

Qualifications:

• 3 years of Customer Service experience REQUIRED

• Call Center experience highly preferred

• Bilingual candidates highly preferred

• Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Onboarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Successful completion of Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• Two verifiable employment references
