Job Title:  Auto Collection Reps

Start Date: 4 /10/2023

Pay : $19.00/hr  ($22/hr. once hired on)

Location:  Arlington near Parks Mall

Schedule:  The ideal candidate is available for an 8 hr shift between the hours listed below

Monday - Thursday: 2 shifts 7:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. & 2 shifts 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 am to 7:00 p.m. (Will have Friday off if scheduled weekend day)
Saturday: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (3 Saturdays a month)
Sunday: 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm (One Sunday shift a month)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of recent collections experience

• Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives, e.g. minimum calls per day, contact percentage, promises/calls ratio and promises kept

• Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay

• Determine the cause of delinquency and the best course of action to assist delinquent customer

• Document all collection efforts for each assigned account in accordance with established procedures
