ROLE IMPACT
This position focuses on managing late-stage auto loan collections and protecting collateral through strategic recovery actions. You ll collaborate across departments, work with insurance carriers and attorneys, and navigate sensitive financial matters with professionalism and empathy.

LOCATION Fort Worth, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $19.00 $22.00/hr (Based on experience)
• Monday Friday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Paid training schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (with nesting phase before production)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve past-due auto loans and insurance claim payments
• Review insurance evaluations, explain balances, and negotiate payoff terms
• Process bankruptcy-related account actions and internal requests
• Accurately manage foreclosure, impound, military, and deceased account statuses
• Maintain a high level of detail while managing a queue of complex accounts
• Coordinate with internal departments, attorneys, and third-party agencies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in late-stage auto collections
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor s degree preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage sensitive, high-priority accounts
• Basic knowledge of insurance and bankruptcy procedures preferred
• Excellent critical thinking, time management, and computer proficiency
