Collections Specialist

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$19.00/hour
Full-time, standard business hours with overtime opportunities
W2 employment
Start date: ASAP

ROLE IMPACT: As a Collections Specialist, you will play a key role in resolving delinquent auto loan accounts while delivering best-in-class customer experiences. Your efforts directly reduce financial risk and improve client portfolio performance through proactive outreach and negotiation strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact delinquent borrowers via dialer and manual outreach to collect on past-due auto loans
Deliver professional, empathetic communication to maintain strong borrower relationships
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve the cause of delinquency through skip tracing and negotiation
Meet or exceed established performance and productivity metrics
Document all account activity accurately and in compliance with company standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of collections experience (must be clearly shown on resume)
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Two verifiable professional references

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Dialer platforms
Skip tracing tools
CRM or collections management systems
Microsoft Office Suite
Standard phone/email communication tools

PREFERRED SKILLS
Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly preferred
Goal-driven with a passion for exceeding targets
Open to working overtime for additional income
