CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting experienced Collections Reps for a long term contract opportunity with a premier auto finance company in the North Fort Worth area. Job Title : Collections Agents

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday - Some flexibility between 8am and 6pm

Hybrid after training

Description:

Candidates will be responsible for determining the location of the client and collateral on accounts assigned to collection status and working with the customer to establish a plan of rehabilitation or the recovery of the vehicle. The candidate must possess the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a high attention to detail and must be willing to make difficult decisions and recommendations through analysis and the probability of recovery. H.S. diploma or GED required with 1-2 years experience in a dynamic collections environment (within the Automotive industry preferred). Previous skip tracing and third party collections experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of related collections experience.

• Proven job stability

• Experience with Skip Tracing a plus

• Attention to detail

• Quick problem solving ability
