Are you an experienced Collection Agent looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated Collection Agent to join our team and help manage delinquent accounts in the 60 to 150 days charge-off stage. If you have worked with these stages of delinquencies and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Pay: Up to $20/hr based on experience
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am to 6pm (possible Saturday if needed)

As a Collection Agent, you will play a vital role in contacting customers regarding outstanding payments for auto loans, utilizing account analysis to determine appropriate collection methods, and performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Duties:

• Contact customers regarding outstanding payments for Auto loans

• Utilize account analysis to determine appropriate collection methods

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

• Demonstrate knowledge of debits and credits

• Provide exceptional customer service during collection calls

• Handle medical collections following industry guidelines

Experience:

• 2+ years of collections experience

• Familiarity with revenue cycle management practices

• Strong understanding of financial concepts and account analysis

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
