CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a company searching for Collections and Customer Service Representatives in the Winterville, NC area.

Job Title: Collections and Customer Service Representative

Pay:$15.00 **Pay increase to $22/hr. once hired on**

JOB ID: 143824

Start Date: April 10 th

Location: Winterville, NC (onsite*)

Hours: Primarily Monday-Friday

2 day shifts per week 8:00 am 5:00 pm, and 2 evening shifts per week 12:00 pm 9:00 pm. Must be available to work up to 3 Saturdays a month and one Sunday a quarter .

Job Description: Responsible for efficiently collecting delinquent automotive accounts while adhering to established collection procedures. Primary objection will be to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all collection activities and communications

  • Prioritize calls and tasks set out by management

  • Identify root cause of the delinquency and strategize to support customer in resolving their overdue status.

  • Record all collection activities undertaken for each assigned account following established protocols

Knowledge and Skills:

  • REQUIRED 1+ years of recent customer service experience in a call center environment

  • PREFERRED previous collections experience

  • REQUIRED : Good Job Stability

  • Professional communication skills, written and verbal; active listening skills for problem identification and solution

  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office Skills

  • Strong time-management and multitasking skills

  • Self-motivated
