Role Summary:

• Engage borrowers with professionalism to resolve delinquent auto loan accounts
• Work in a high-volume, dialer-driven and manual contact environment
• Focus on resolving payment issues with empathy and efficiency
• Reduce delinquency and maintain company performance standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage collection efforts via phone and manual outreach
• Investigate and resolve reasons for late payments
• Negotiate payment resolutions and account terms
• Perform skip tracing when needed
• Consistently meet or exceed productivity metrics
• Provide customer service that reflects company values

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Collections experience (must be shown on resume)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clear criminal background and drug screening
• Two verifiable employment references
