Job Title: Collections Specialist

Pay: $19.00/hour

Location: Tempe, AZ | Work From Home (WFH) after 2 months of training

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (8-hour shifts with mandatory OT at the end of the month)

Job Description:

As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for recovering delinquent auto loan accounts through a combination of dialer-driven and manual collection efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with borrowers to identify, evaluate, and resolve delinquency issues

• Maintain strong customer relationships while effectively addressing payment concerns

• Negotiate payment resolutions while adhering to company policies

• Achieve and exceed company performance and productivity standards

• Perform skip tracing when necessary to locate borrowers

• Take accountability for reducing delinquency on assigned accounts

What We re Looking For:

• 2+ years of Collections experience (required & must be clearly demonstrated on resume)

• A goal-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding targets

• Enthusiasm for earning extra income with available overtime

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to pass a criminal background check & drug screening

• Two verifiable employment references
