Position: Collections Specialist Late Stage

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $18.00 $20.00/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday Friday | 10:00am 7:00pm

Training: 8:00am 5:00pm (in-person training and nesting until production goals are met)
Note: Flexibility to work additional in-office days may be required.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and insurance representatives with claim resolutions

• Review vehicle evaluations to ensure insurance settlements are accurate

• Coordinate with customers and insurers to settle vehicle payoffs

• Negotiate claim amounts when needed

• Explain balances not covered by insurance or GAP providers

• Support bankruptcy-related tasks including payment processing, account updates, and documentation review

• Manage a personal queue of accounts including impounded/seized vehicles, military accounts, and deceased customer cases

• Maintain compliance with internal standards and federal regulations

What We're Looking For:

• 1 2 years of experience in collections, call centers, or customer support roles (late stage collections a plus!)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor s degree is a plus

• Familiarity with insurance claims or bankruptcy processes is a bonus
