Job Title : Fraud Case Control Admin

Pay: $28 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday - Up to 30 hours per week

Description:

This Case Administrator position will support the Fraud Control processes; specifically opening and assigning cases, developing fraud control reports, monitoring incoming fraud calls, developing fraud training material, and assisting in coordinating meetings, training sessions and workshops.

List of Tasks/Responsibilities:

Support team of investigators who conduct consumer based fraud investigations within NAFTA.

Receive and input case information into Fraud Control Case Management System (CMS) to open and assign fraud cases.

Track CMS cases from open to close by providing weekly case load duration status reports. Coordinate and research CMS cases for reporting purposes as needed.

Coordinate process of sending ID Theft Affidavits to potential victims. Manage intake process for fraud related issues/complaints (group email and phone line).

Assist in the development of a periodic Fraud Control trend report both internally and for external stakeholders

Assist in the development of a Fraud Losses tracking report

Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions and workshops. Assist in the development of Fraud Control training material.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of related consumer fraud experience.

• Proven job stability

• Ability to Integrate information from a variety of sources with varied levels of complexity

• Ability to Collect data and establish facts and identify trends and variances

• Attention to detail

• Quick problem solving ability
