Job Title: Contact Center Specialist - DIRECT HIRE!

Location: Dallas, TX (Uptown area)

Pay: $47,840 - $52,000 annually DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 4:30pm

Job Description: Customer Service Representatives will serve customers and clients by answering inquiries, resolving problems, and fulfilling order requests.

• Handle customer inquiries through incoming calls and emails

• Resolve customer complaints through problem identification and escalation of priority issues

• Provide customers with product and service information after identifying individual needs

• Attend trade shows and build customer rapport

• Enhance company brand by exploring opportunities to add value to job functions and processes

• Assist with ticketing and outbound calls to investigate missing information

Requirements:

• 3 +years experience in a customer service capacity

• Stable job history - no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years

• Working knowledge of Shipstaion, Shopify, Groove, and Google sheets is strongly preferred

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Passionate about a healthy lifestyle and the outdoors

• Ability to build relationships and problem solve without a script

• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
