CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following Contract to Hire position:

Job Title: Contact Center Specialist

Location: College Station, TX

Pay: $17.50/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible 7a-7pm

Job Description:

The Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for assisting patients over the phone

• Scheduling/canceling patient appointments while ensuring patients are aware of COVID-19 precautions

• Scheduling patients for electronic video appointments

• Quote pricing for different Doctors

• Routing requests to doctor s offices with questions from patients

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years call center experience

• Must have a stable work history - no job hoppers

• Healthcare experience is preferred

• Excellent and written communication skills resulting in positive communication

• Extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize activities

• Experience with using healthcare web-based applications - ability to work in a paperless environment

• Ability to work collaboratively with others

• High school diploma or GED required

• Flu Shot required for this specific role

• Tobacco-free campus, nicotine included in drug screen
