Position: Contract Negotiator
Pay Rate: $23.08/hr + Unlimited Commission Potential (Top earners exceed $100K!)
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Start Date: May 14th
Worksite: Onsite | Allen, TX
Type: Full-Time (36-hour workweek)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage warm to hot leads via outbound calls to initiate and nurture relationships with decision-makers.

• Accurately identify and connect with the appropriate contact for each lead.

• Conduct effective lease negotiations with property owners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

• Draft and deliver detailed sales proposals to prospective clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to communicate lease terms and progress.

• Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and status updates in CRM and tracking systems.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1 2 years of experience in outbound sales, particularly in commission-based roles.

• Previous exposure to high-volume call center environments or public-facing customer service positions.

• A high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus).

• Industry experience in real estate, mortgage, or insurance highly preferred.
