CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a forklift company in Richardson, Texas and is hiring for a Contract Recruiter!!

Job title: Contract Recruiter

Location: Richardson, Texas

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday

Summary

The Recruiter works directly with Human Resources personnel and the Recruiting Department to evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications by phone screening applicants, analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements, and assisting with the new hire process.

Essential Duties

• Calling to recruit and screen candidates

• Posting on job platforms and social media to attract viable candidates.

• Interview and schedule candidates with hiring managers

• Maintain department workflow tracking procedures and participate in active communication with the Recruiting Team, Recruiting Supervisor, and Human Resources Manager

• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3+ yrs of recruiting experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
