In this role, you ll play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction through outstanding service and precise administrative support, helping to manage accounts efficiently and build lasting client relationships.
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: $40,000-$50,000 per year
Location: North Fort Worth
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Provide information about products, availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.

Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to appropriate teams.

Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Track and monitor order statuses, providing regular updates to customers and internal teams.

Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.

Maintain and update customer records in the ERP system.

Prepare and send invoices, purchase orders, and other related documents.

Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and promotional campaigns.

Greet visitors to the premises in a professional manner when required.

Proactively address customer, product, or pricing issues.

Generate reports for order tracking, customer feedback, and service metrics.

Collaborate with the quality team to ensure products meet customer specifications.

Produce stock lists and provide them to customers and sales representatives.

Monitor and enforce adherence to KPIs for quality and speed.

Maintain and update relevant training materials and assist in training staff as needed.
Qualifications
We re seeking candidates with:

A High School diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor s degree preferred).

At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in manufacturing or an industrial environment.

Proficiency in ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
