CornerStone Staffing is partnering with a respected client in the manufacturing industry to find a dedicated and professional Customer Service Advisor for a direct hire opportunity. In this role, you ll play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction through outstanding service and precise administrative support, helping to manage accounts efficiently and build lasting client relationships.



Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $40,000-$50,000 per year


Location: North Fort Worth


Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Provide information about products, availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.

  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to appropriate teams.

  • Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Track and monitor order statuses, providing regular updates to customers and internal teams.

  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.

  • Maintain and update customer records in the ERP system.

  • Prepare and send invoices, purchase orders, and other related documents.

  • Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and promotional campaigns.

  • Greet visitors to the premises in a professional manner when required.

  • Proactively address customer, product, or pricing issues.

  • Generate reports for order tracking, customer feedback, and service metrics.

  • Collaborate with the quality team to ensure products meet customer specifications.

  • Produce stock lists and provide them to customers and sales representatives.

  • Monitor and enforce adherence to KPIs for quality and speed.

  • Maintain and update relevant training materials and assist in training staff as needed.


Qualifications

We re seeking candidates with:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor s degree preferred).

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in manufacturing or an industrial environment.

  • Proficiency in ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
