Job Title: Customer Care Agent
Location: Coppell, TX (On-Site)
Pay: $18.00 / hour
Schedule:

Available between 8am -8pm on Monday - Friday, must work 2 Saturday's a month

Must be able to ALWAYS work 10 hour shifts on the first and last day of the month, even if it falls on a Sunday. Otherwise, you have Sunday's off.

Flexible for OT due to the business needs and peak season.
Job Details:
Assist Sales Consultants and Customers in a call center environment; communicate via phone, email and chat;provide information regarding products, specials and promotions; light technical support, assisting with navigating throughout the website; update Sales Consultants' and Customers' information in the system, including addresses, billing and orders; answer questions and resolve issues that may arise with shipments or returns; support the needs of the Sales Consultants and Customers.
Requirements:

2 years of Call Center experience required

Bilingual Spanish is a BIG PLUS!

Experience communicating via phone and email.

Ability to handle escalation calls and resolve issues.

Light technical support experience.

Able to work in a high volume and fast paced environment.

Strong typing, data entry and computer skills.

Ability to compose a professional, business email.
