Job Description
CornerStone has partnered with a company looking for experienced call center reps to help with incoming calls regarding on line orders/returns for a reputable western wear company in the N orth Fort Worth/Alliance area.
Title : Customer Care Agent
Pay : $20hr BOE
Schedule : 12pm-9pm during the week, 9am-6pm Saturday
**Will work EVERY SATURDAY and have one day off during the week as well as Sunday**
What will you be doing as a Customer Care Rep?

Supporting requests via incoming calls/faxes/emails regarding orders, order changes, return authorizations, and warranty coverage

Providing courteous and professional service to internal and external customers

Ensuring orders are entered accurately, audited, and confirmed in a timely manner

Having the ability to promote the company s products and services to match specific customers needs

Resolving a diverse range of issues including general questions and problems involving pricing, product usage and care, product availability, inventory, transportation, and product delivery

Providing general assistance to callers by directing them to the appropriate person or department
What experience & qualifications are required?
-
2+ years in a Customer Service role
-
Experience processing orders, data entry, or heavy phone work. Ability to handle 50-75 calls per day

Preferably call center experience
-
Good job stability
