Job Description

CornerStone has partnered with a company looking for experienced call center reps to help with incoming calls regarding on line orders/returns for a reputable western wear company in the North Fort Worth/Alliance area.

Title: Customer Care Agent

Pay: Rate: $20

Location : Fort Worth, Onsite

Schedule: Schedule: Monday through Friday, Flexibility to work on the weekends at the end of the summer

CST timings: 12pm 9pm or Partime - 10am to 2pm, 12pm to 4pm, or 5pm to 9pm

**Will work a Saturday shift starting at the end of Summer, 9am to 6pm

What will you be doing as a Customer Care Rep?

  • Supporting requests via incoming calls/faxes/emails regarding orders, order changes, return authorizations, and warranty coverage

  • Providing courteous and professional service to internal and external customers

  • Ensuring orders are entered accurately, audited, and confirmed in a timely manner

  • Having the ability to promote the company s products and services to match specific customers needs

  • Resolving a diverse range of issues including general questions and problems involving pricing, product usage and care, product availability, inventory, transportation, and product delivery

  • Providing general assistance to callers by directing them to the appropriate person or department

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • 2+ years in a Customer Service role

  • Experience processing orders, data entry, or heavy phone work. Ability to handle 50-75 calls per day

  • Preferably call center experience

  • Good job stability
