Job Title: Call Center Supervisor

Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr. BOE

Duration: DIRECT HIRE! Start out as a permanent employee from day 1!

Schedule:

• Hours of Operation: 8AM to 7PM

• Must be available for an 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Job Duties:

• Develop Account Leads on areas that require improvement and re move obstacles for Account Leads

• Complete weekly one on ones with Account Leads

• Work with Team Leads to recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new members

• Give internal and external clients an exceptional customer service experience

• Attend weekly WIG and leadership meetings

• Meet with departmental leaders to plan, SWOT, set and meet company/departmental goals

• Run center as a business. Keep track of expenses, meet hiring needs, ensure there is ample phone coverage, etc.

Job Requirements:

• High S chool Diploma or Equivalent

• A desire to grow and work with a team of 10 and under

• 1+ year(s) of call center and customer service experience

• Professional communication skills - verbal & written
