Position: Customer Care Representative

Location : Haltom City, TX

Pay: $16/hr.

Schedule

• Ability to work between 8am 6pm, Monday - Friday

• Rotating Saturday s (9 AM 5 PM) which you have advanced notice

Job Details

• Assist customers by providing product and service information, recommending solutions and resolving product related problems through already developed troubleshooting methodologies

• Answer inbound customer calls and e-mails relating to and not limited to the following:

  • Account questions

  • Shipping inquiries

  • Technical support for all products

• Responsible for being familiar with all products, how they work and the best way to assist in service resolution for any given customer situation

• Ensure retention of the customer base by utilizing training and customer service to solve problems

• Explain and sell the benefits of the replacement parts

• Responsible for achieving customer service related metrics

• Provide ongoing feedback for product improvement and job efficiencies

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1 year minimum of customer service experience (Call Center experience required)

• Able to work Saturdays

• Computer skills - must be able to navigate multiple screens and handle multiple programs at once
