Job Title: Logistics Account Coordinator

Location: Southlake, TX

Pay: $19/hr.

Schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday

In this role, you will be responsible for the direction and coordination of all activities related to the shipment process for accounts from the initial pick-up through proof of delivery.

• Coordinate the activities associated with an account s shipment process to ensure that the freight is handled per specific requirements from origin to destination

• Interact with customers daily via email, Microsoft Teams and phone calls

• Assist with any inquiries regarding orders and shipments

• Work with the team to complete any other tasks that may arise throughout the day

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates will have 2 years of office/account services experience

• Logistics Account Coordination/Management is a MAJOR plus

• Must have High School Diploma or GED

• Clear criminal background
