CornerStone Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Service position for a growing Logistics company in Fort Worth.
What will you be doing as a Logistics Coordinator?
Logistics Coordinator will be tracking and scheduling loads for logistics company.
Must be friendly on phones, clear & concise diction
Track and Trace all loads in specified areas once or twice per day according to customer expectations.
Communicate all load information to the carrier for each load. I.E. pick-up dates & time, delivery date & time, special requirements, etc.
Build strong working relationships with drivers in assigned regions
Forecast any load issues and communicate to Broker and Area CSR in a timely manner.
Review Carriers packets to ensure all qualifications are met and set up in system according to procedures.
Request Valid Insurance certificates from Agents
Prepare load confirmation sheets and send to carriers.
An indication of strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and handle varying tasks simultaneously
Schedul e: Monday-Friday - 8am to 5pm
Experience:
Required: 2+ years of Customer Service
Required 2 years: experience within the transportation industry, brokerage, manufacturing, or operational environment.
Pay: Up to $22 per hour (Based on experience)
