CornerStone Staffing has an exciting opportunity with a leading company in the Event Ticket Sales industry!
Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Start Date: Monday February 3rd, 2025
Location: Tempe, AZ (100% On-Site)
Pay: $18/hourly
Schedule Availability: 9:00am - 9:00pm | Monday - Friday one weekend day per week
Job Duties:
- Take inbound calls to assist customers with ticket sales and tech support.
- Help with tasks like linking tickets to accounts, event schedules, seating options, and parking details.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Ideal Candidate:
- Job stability - demonstrated on resume - REQUIRED
- 2+ years of high call volume customer service experience - REQUIRED
- Tech support experience pr eferred (2+ years)
- Stable work history with excellent attendance
- Friendly demeanor and a passion for helping others
On-boarding Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
