Job Title: Customer Service/Collections Representative
Pay: $15.00 **Merit Increase to $22/hr. once hired on**
Start Date: June 12th
Location: Onsite role in Winterville, NC
Schedules will be primarily Monday - Friday. Must be available to work up to 3 Saturdays a month and one Sunday shift.
Example Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 2 day shifts each week 8:00 am-5:00 pm, and 2 evening shifts per week 12:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (day off if scheduled the weekend)
Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (2 or 3 Saturdays a month)
Sunday: 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm (One Sunday shift a month)

Job Description: Collect delinquent automotive accounts in a timely, orderly, and professional manner while following all standardized collection procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives, e.g. minimum calls per day, contact percentage, promises/calls ratio and promises kept

Place or receive calls in priority order as established by management

Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay

Navigate and interpret various screens and relay information to clients accurately and professionally

Determine the cause of delinquency and the best course of action to assist the delinquent customer

Document all collection efforts for each assigned account in accordance with established procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
REQUIRED 1+ years of recent collections/customer service experience in a call center environment

REQUIRED: Good Job Stability
-
Professional communications skills, written and verbal; active listening skills for problem identification and solution.

Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.

Strong time management and multitasking skills
-
Self-motivated and strong initiative to succeed
