Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Lewisville, TX
Pay: 16.00/hr.
Schedule: MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday and Saturday as needed
Job Description:
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for direct customer contact about program support. The position will support several members of the F&I team along with managing the daily requirements of the F&I program.

Assist with coordination of external communication to all F&I Installers.

Monitor service levels with our retail partners.

Maintain category management for all Furnish & Install customers.

Monitor open order report for accuracy.

General sales administration for the Furnish & Install Department.

General meeting coordinator.

Responsible for employee installed purchases.

Responsible for entering data into Oracle, JDE, MXP and Excel-based worksheets.

Must have excellent follow-up capabilities, questioning our customers as to the participation in the F&I programs.

Oversee all F&I related damage claims.
Requirements:

Must be able to type 30wpm
-
1 year of customer service experience
-
Good job stability! (no more than 2 jobs within the last 3 years)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
