Our client, an industry-leading specialty law firm, is seeking a Customer Service Rep (Referrals Processor) for their Phoenix office. This position involves processing foreclosure referrals from clients, managing high-volume caseloads, and working with vendor-related software. The ideal candidate is self-directed, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative.

Job Title:  Customer Service Rep (Referrals Processor)

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/hourly *DOE*
Location: North Phoenix, AZ

Job Description:

• Acknowledge and process foreclosure referrals from client websites, emails, or physical documents
• Import foreclosure data and manage deadlines using internal systems
• Communicate with title companies and clients, ensuring accurate documentation
• Monitor reports, request additional information, and follow up on client requests

Ideal Candidate:

• Job stability demonstrated on resume *REQUIRED*
• Administrative/Clerical experience *REQUIRED*
• Customer Service experience *REQUIRED*

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Criminal Background & Drug Screening
