This vital role will provide customer service and problem resolution via inbound calls, outbound calls and/or email.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Open Enrollment)

Location: Tallahassee, Florida **ON-SITE*

Pay Rate: $16.50/hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8am - 6pm (must be flexible to work late, phone que must be complete before the team goes home)

Job Description:

• This role is the Tier I position assisting customers with Benefits questions

• Answers and greets customer s calls in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company script

• Listens attentively to customer needs/concerns; demonstrate empathy

• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements and/or problem as the first contact resolution.

• Prepare and complete accurate work and update customer ticket/file via system.

• Conduct correspondence with customers and team members.

• Communicate effectively with individuals/team to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.

• Other duties, as assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or manager

Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ year of Customer Service experience REQUIRED **Retail/Call Center/Customer Service

• Knowledge of basic computer operations - REQUIRED

• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service/support skills

• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills

• Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards

• Must have organizational skills, such as the ability to multi-task, set priorities and follow up in a timely manner

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
