Position: Customer Care Representative

Location : Haltom City, TX

Pay: $16/hr. with bonus potential upon conversion!!

Duration: Temp to Perm Opportunity

Schedule: FULL TIME

• Flexible between 8am 6pm, Monday - Friday

• Must be able to work rotating Saturdays (9am - 5pm)

Job Description:

• Answering inbound customer calls and e-mails relating to and not limited to the following: account questions, shipping inquiries and technical support for all products

• Provide product and service information, recommend solutions and resolve product related problems through already developed troubleshooting methodologies

• Clarify the customer's situation, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, executing correction or adjustment and precisely notating the interaction

• Explaining and selling the benefits of the replacement filter program

• Provide ongoing feedback for product improvement and job efficiencies

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1 year of Call Center Experience required

• Ability to work rotating Saturdays

• Ability to navigate multi-screen system

• Responsible for learning the products, how they work and the best way to assist in service resolution for any given customer situation

• Clerical Testing + Client Testing

• Background Check
