Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Pay: $15 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

HYBRID - Remote every other week

Description: Will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to auto and home insurance claims. Your role involves addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, providing accurate information, and maintaining detailed customer records. The Customer Service Contractor (CSC) department plays a crucial role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by fostering efficient communication and collaboration with other departments such as claims and underwriting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls regarding insurance claims efficiently and professionally.

Address customer queries and concerns with empathy and accuracy.

Resolve complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.

Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding their insurance policies.

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in accordance with company policies.

Collaborate closely with other departments, including claims and underwriting, to ensure streamlined processes and excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Proficiency with computer systems and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.

Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work days.
