Customer Service Representative
Location Louisville, KY | Onsite (Remote eligible post-training)
Compensation & Schedule
$17.00/hour
Monday Friday, 10:00 AM 6:30 PM (after training)
W2

ROLE IMPACT
This position supports pharmacy operations by ensuring accurate data input and managing inbound/outbound calls in a compliance-focused healthcare setting. The representative plays a vital role in patient service coordination, upholding quality standards and regulatory obligations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately input data across multiple pharmacy and healthcare systems
Provide responsive support via occasional inbound/outbound calls
Uphold customer service excellence aligned with internal procedures
Execute medication access workflows and documentation protocols
Train onsite with transition to remote work upon demonstrated proficiency
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must obtain Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Technician License within 30 days of start
Typing speed of 35+ WPM
1+ year call center experience preferred
Healthcare or pharmacy experience preferred
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Microsoft Office Suite
Internal pharmacy systems
Call center software

Strong verbal and written communication
Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking
Flexibility with workflows and scheduling changes
