ROLE IMPACT
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is central to client satisfaction and vendor coordination. By managing service requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring high-touch communication, the CSR strengthens business relationships and supports the company s mission to exceed service expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage client and vendor communications via email and phone, including service requests and issue resolution
Maintain accurate records in CRM; manage personal queue and ensure all actions are documented per SOPs
Dispatch and follow up on service requests to ensure full completion and client satisfaction
Reference master client files to verify pricing and service terms; assist with research as needed
Provide high-quality support aligned with individual, team, and company KPIs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required; some college or equivalent experience preferred
1+ years in a professional call center or client support environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in fast-paced settings
Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and resolve problems independently

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Internet research tools
CRM platforms (training provided)
