CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer that is a family owned and operates home services in the Lewisville area. This position is ideal for someone who is interested in being a part of a family owned business, has excellent communication skills and loves to pick up the phone and have conversations with established clients and potential new clients.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative for Home Services Company

Location: Lewisville, TX

Pay: $18.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Some weekend availability might be needed after training)

Job Description:
Our client is a family owned and operated plumbing company located in Lewisville! The Customer Service Representative will be turning the customer s initial inquiry into a scheduled service call. They will also be maintaining client records and ensure all customer leads are handled efficiently and promptly.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls when phone rings and conversion of the customer inquiry to a Service Call .

  • Obtain information from customers including insurance information, third-party information, and owner/renter information.

  • Attempt to win back missed opportunities as related to cancellations, unbooked calls, and abandoned calls.

  • Speak to customers about Maintenance Plans and schedule maintenance visits.

  • Know the job priority schedule for plumbing and HVAC technicians and book jobs according to urgency levels, technician skillset, and company profitability and discuss with dispatch urgent calls to ensure prompt response.

  • Complete daily reports on position s key performance indicators.

  • Attempt to solve customer complaints by listening to the complaint and offering appropriate solutions. Fill out complaint forms as needed to keep management informed of any potential problems with customers and or Technicians or to escalate an issue to management.

  • Contact customers to schedule water heater flushes, annual maintenance, membership renewals, and database verification updates.

  • Update customer database to ensure accurate information for clients, including but not limited to names, billing address, location address, phone number, email address and deactivate accounts that are no longer valid.

  • Handle all incoming customer leads timely and efficiently.

  • Review all overnight and daily voicemails left on the phone system.

  • Send out Smile Cards for clients to express condolences, thank you s, and get well notes as required.

  • Special projects as required.

  • Work with Call Center Manager to meet or exceed daily production goals and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Previous HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry customer service experience is required

  • Repairmen also welcome to apply

  • Call center or dispatch experience is also a plus

  • Strong willingness to learn and be a team player
