CornerStone Staffing has partnered with one of the largest electric companies in the DFW area to seek out Temp-to-Hire Customer Service Representatives for their call center north of Lewisville! Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr. - $18.00/hr. (BOE)
Duration: Temp to Hire (Potential to go hybrid after 3 months!)

Will provide excellent service to our Members and Customers via phone and in person. They engage in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to concerns. They answer questions, resolve problems, and provide trouble-shooting assistance. They communicate in an energetic fashion that is empathetic, courteous, and professional. Will resolve concerns on the first call or visit.
Advises customers on energy conservation measures, billing rates, and payment options
Assists customers with all related questions concerning electric/gas bills
Updates account information as needed
Handles difficult calls while maintaining poise, courtesy, and professionalism
Takes service orders for connects and disconnects
Creates service orders for asset protection to process damage claims
Initiate check requisition
1+ year(s) of customer service experience
Professional communication skills
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
