Cornerstone Staffing is partnered with a customer who is in the Electrical wholesale business. We are hiring experienced CSRs who have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills! Electrical product knowledge and experience in shipping is a huge plus!


Job Title: Customer Service Representative


Location: Downtown Dallas (on-site)

Pay: $17.00/hr


Schedule: Business hours M - F 8AM - 5PM

Job Description/Requirements:

Customer Service Representatives will be assisting customers with electrical products via phone, email and chat

Minimum 2 years customer service experience - call center and electrical knowledge/experience preferred

Ability to demonstrate soft skills (customer service, listening skills and customer empathy)

Must be computer literate

Ability to multi-task and use different systems simultaneously

LTL/Shipping /Logistics experience is a huge plus!!

Technical support experience
