Location: Downtown Dallas, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
$18.00/hr
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
W2, Full-Time
ROLE IMPACT
Be the front line connection between our clients and their customers, offering expert support on electrical products. You ll play a key role in resolving issues quickly and professionally across multiple channels to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat related to electrical products
Guide customers with technical troubleshooting and order support
Navigate multiple software systems to input and retrieve data
Coordinate with logistics partners for LTL/shipping resolutions
Deliver consistent, empathetic service in a fast-paced environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years customer service experience, preferably in a call center
Familiarity with electrical products or tech support preferred
Ability to multitask across systems while maintaining high service levels
Strong communication and listening skills
Computer proficiency required

CRM platforms
Email and live chat tools
Shipping/logistics tracking software
Microsoft Office Suite
Order entry/order management systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in LTL, freight, or logistics coordination
Technical product support background
Prior work in electrical product industries
