Location: Downtown Dallas (on-site)
Pay: $17
Schedule: Business hours
Job Description/Requirements:
Customer Service Representatives will be assisting customers with electrical products via phone, email and chat

Minimum 2 years customer service experience - call center and electrical knowledge/experience preferred

Ability to demonstrate soft skills (customer service, listening skills and customer empathy)

Must be computer literate

Ability to multi-task and use different systems simultaneously

Technical support experience
