Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: HYBRID - Must be OK with going into the office on Wednesday and Thursdays (Fort Worth, TX 76109)

Duration: 6 months

Pay: $20-$22/hr. (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Flexible to work a shift between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday

Job Details:

• Assist with inbound calls from customers in regards to their financial

• Provide tech support to callers having issues with access, etc.

• Will be assisting customer with questions regarding the website

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent call center work

• Ability to utilize multiple systems simultaneously

• Ability to hardwire into a modem

• Dedication to complete the entire project
