Job Description
CornerStone Staffing has partnered with company that is looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Coordinator to deliver excellent services to customers and the providers!
Location: WORK FROM HOME **Must reside in the DFW area***
Pay : $18.50hr
Schedule : (Part-time hours)

Monday and Friday- 12PM to 10PM
Training hours : M-F 9am to 5:30p
Job Details:

Support the telehealth operations, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer service, administrative, scheduling needs, and school, provider, pharmacy, and/or student follow up.

Communicate with patients, providers, and pharmacy staff to connect customers to medical and emotional health care.

Take inbound calls, texts, emails, chats, and tickets from customers and providers, as well as assist with any concerns customers have about their care; manage referrals; work with pharmacies on refills, prescription issues, update providers with messages from pharmacies; and follow up with students to check on their outcomes.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferred.

Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication skills (bilingual a plus, but not required)

Healthcare experience is a MUST

Must have WFH experience

2+ years of Call Center experience

Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
